CRE Valuation Services is a full service appraisal and evaluation firm completing reports (Broker Opinion of Value aka Broker Price Opinion) for a wide array of commercial real estate industries including land, hospitality, multifamily, retail, industrial and office properties. We offer subdivision analysis, property tax appeal, insurance appraisals, a typical properties up to and including large scale multidimensional appraisals on a national basis. Our experts average over twenty years of commercial real estate experience and hold licenses in most states. Several of our appraisers hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute which is the gold standard of appraisal credentials. The MAI designation is held by individuals who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions. We support a nationwide network of brokers, many of whom hold the CCIM and SIOR designations, to provide expert evaluation services.

We are an independent commercial valuation firm with a goal to establish a strategic advantage in the valuation industry, while forging relationships and partnerships with leading commercial real estate providers. We provide appraisal and consulting services for several national clients allowing us to provide current market based data, industry trends, and analysis in a logical, easy to read, well supported appraisal and Broker Opinion of Value reports. All commercial appraisals are compliant and prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and the specific requirements of each client.

OUR STRATEGY
CRE Valuation Services, LLC is to offer two separate and distinct services through two differently named dba’s under the governance of a single entity. CRE Valuation Services, LLC will operate under the name of BOV Services and will provide valuation services described as Broker Opinion of Value (BOV’s), which is alternately and often described as a Broker Price Opinion (BPO). The second company will operate under the name CRE Appraisal Services and will offer traditional valuation services rendered by State Certified appraisers who will in most cases hold the MAI designation. The core business of the company is the provision of accurate, up-to-date valuations of commercial real estate to a wide variety of clients including attorneys, investment firms (such as portfolios and reits), loan servicing companies and private corporations or individuals. We are to establish our company as the premiere valuation services company that is recognized for its high end clientele, professionalism and discreet services.
